Lab Tech Support Inc. Refund policy

The 30-day return policy means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same state it was when you received it, unopened, unused, unmarked, and still in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@labtechsupport.com  Please note that all returns must be sent to the following address: Lab Tech Support Inc., 160 Frobisher Drive, Unit 4, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make the necessary adjustments.


Exchanges 

The most expeditious approach to guaranteeing your desired item is to return the item, and subsequent to its acceptance, proceed with a distinct purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling-off period  

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, in the event that the merchandise is being transported within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a period of 14 days, without any justification and for any reason. As previously stated, it is imperative that your item remains in the same condition in which it was received. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If your request is approved, you'll get a refund to your original payment method within 30 business days. Kindly bear in mind that the refund processing and posting by your bank or credit card company may require some time. Please contact us at contact@labtechsupport.com  if more than 30 business days have passed since we approved your return.
