Field Service Engineer (Sciex MS) - USA Only

📍 Location: United States (Nationwide – must be based in the U.S.)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Mass Spectrometry Service Engineer with hands-on expertise in SCIEX LC-MS/MS systems. This position requires a candidate currently located and eligible to work in the United States. You’ll perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mass spectrometers and related peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site and remote service for SCIEX mass spectrometers (3200, 4000, 4500, 5500, 6500, QTRAP series, etc.)

Diagnose and resolve hardware, vacuum, and electronics issues.

Conduct system qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) and preventive maintenance visits.

Support customers with instrument setup, tuning, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure exceptional customer support.

Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.


Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with SCIEX LC-MS/MS instruments.

Strong understanding of mass spectrometry and LC principles.

Experience with Shimadzu, Agilent, or Waters HPLC systems a plus.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Must be based in the United States and authorized to work.

Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
