We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support customers across the United States.
🔧 What You'll Do
• Repair and maintain LC-MS/MS and HPLC/UPLC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and instrument repairs.
• Deliver exceptional technical support and customer service.
• Travel to customer sites throughout the U.S.
✅ What We're Looking For
• Experience servicing SCIEX, Waters, Agilent, or Shimadzu instrumentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel.
