Choose the Service Plan That Best Suits Your Needs

Q1 Service Plan

Our all-inclusive Q1 Service Plan is our highest level of service and ensures peak performance of your lab instruments, maximum up-time, and the highest level of productivity across your lab and business operations.

  • The Q1 Service Plan includes all parts, labor, and travel costs for any required repair and Preventative Maintenance (PM). 
  • You can customize your plan to include either 1 or 2 PM calls per year depending on the type of the instruments being serviced. 

Q2 Service Plan

Q2 Service Plan is an affordable service plan option that offers Preventive Maintenance (PM) service with the added assurance of having experienced engineers ready if problems arise. The Q2 Service Plan is ideal for instruments that must operate at peak performance, but on a less frequent basis, and when there may be a limited budget. 

  • Choose 1 or 2 preventative maintenance (PM’s), depending on the type of the instrument, and travel fees.
  • Parts are not included.

Custom Plan

We realize that every lab or company has different needs so we offer a flexible Custom Plan that can be tailored to your operation. We work with you to understand your maintenance requirements and budget, and then derive a plan that best fits those needs.
